  • Information/access to medication assisted treatments for opioid dependence, including daily methadone dosing and access to Buprenorphine (Suboxone) and Naltrexone (Vivitrol).
  • Individualized treatment plans
  • Individual and group sessions
  • Psycho-educational groups (relapse prevention, health and wellness, and domestic violence education)
  • HIV/AIDS education and referral services
  • Tobacco education and smoking cessation
  • Opportunity for family involvement
  • Linkage to self-help groups
  • Assistance in addressing legal issues
  • Connection to multi-service referrals
  • Case management services
