This step-down program is for patients stepping down from High Point’s clinical stabilization services (CSS), as well as for individuals in the community.

The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) services are outpatient services provided to patients experiencing a behavioral health emergency (Crisis). Patients are provided brief intervention through evaluation, assessment, medication management, and aftercare coordination with the goal of stabilization of psychiatric symptoms.
Individualized care is provided by an interdisciplinary treatment team of professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, RNs, LPNs, licensed social workers, and licensed mental health and substance use disorder clinicians.
