Outpatient Services

Behavioral Health Crisis Services

The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) services are outpatient services provided to patients experiencing a behavioral health emergency (“Crisis”). Patients are provided brief intervention through evaluation, assessment, medication management, and aftercare coordination with the goal of stabilization of psychiatric symptoms.

Patients receive treatment for their addiction and/or mental health struggles in a peaceful setting.

Plymouth Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)

Outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services are offered throughout Bristol and Plymouth counties.

Meadowbrook Brockton Campus

Individualized care is provided by an interdisciplinary treatment team of professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, RNs, LPNs, licensed social workers, and licensed mental health and substance use disorder clinicians.

Women’s Addiction Treatment Center (WATC)

This is a staff-secured but not locked treatment program. Individualized care is provided by an interdisciplinary treatment team of professionals.
