  • Intimate Partner Abuse Education Program

  • Medication management, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone and Vivitrol
  • Parenting group
  • Psychiatric medication services
    • Support for Long Acting Injectable (LAN) psychiatric and MOUD Medications
  • Second Offender Aftercare
  • Stimulant Treatment and Recovery Team (START)
  • Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP)
  • Substance use and mental health services
  • Substance use disorder and mental health evaluations required by the courts, RMV, & other agencies

Service Description: 

High Point’s outpatient services provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment throughout Bristol and Plymouth counties. As a Behavioral Health Urgent Care, the site is able to provide expedited access for counseling, MOUD and psychiatric medication services based on the urgency of the clinical need. Services are able to be offered onsite/in-person or via telehealth to patients in their home.
