Service Description: 

High Point’s outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services are offered throughout Bristol and Plymouth counties.

All Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) are open daily for walk-ins, routine appointments, and crisis care. All crisis services offered by CBHCs are open 24/7/365, including holidays. CBHC offers treatment in-person and via telehealth. Services include same-day mental health and substance use evaluation, assessment, and individualized treatment.

High Point’s outpatient services provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment throughout Bristol and Plymouth counties. As a CBHC, the site is able to provide expedited access for counseling, MOUD and psychiatric medication services based on the urgency of the clinical need. Services are able to be offered onsite/in-person or via telehealth to patients in their home.
