Recovery Coach Training Academy

​​​​​​​Based on our flagship training, the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy©, this curriculum delivers a more basic, introductory version of Recovery Coaching for those who want a general understanding of the recovery process. By focusing on the foundational principles of Recovery Coaching, the individual can better support and embrace loved ones and colleagues as well as the millions of people living in recovery in our communities. Much like the journey of Recovery, this training provides an emotionally rich experience, combined with skills and techniques for real life application.

Home of the nationally recognized Recovery Coach Academy, the leading training program for Recovery Coaches worldwide. Our programs focus on the Art and Science of Recovery Coaching and are based on the fundamentals of coaching excellence.

What is the Recovery Coach Training offered at High Point?

The Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselor Certification (MBSACC) requires 60 education hours as part of the requirements to obtain a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach Credential (CARC). High Point provides 46 of those hours free of charge to qualifying employees. Qualifying employees include those hired for specific roles and individuals past their 90-day introductory period.
